As can be seen in our video, Dolan Civil Engineering & Demolition have developed & patented a proprietary work platform which is specifically designed to allow for the safe removal of chimney stacks.

The adjustable platform, suspended by a crane, fits neatly around the neck of the chimney stack serving as a safe and stable work area from which our trained operatives can safely demolish the chimney.

Removal of the chimney wall starts at the top with the rubble safely disposed down the centre of the chimney. As the chimney demolition progresses, the rubble is removed from an opening cut in the chimney wall at the bottom.

The resultant waste rubble is then crushed and disposed of appropriately.
